Core Return Policy – E & R Trailer Sales & Service Inc.

Core charges apply to remanufactured items. Your deposit is fully refundable when you return your worn part (the “core”) in acceptable condition.

Quick Guidelines:

• Condition: Core must show normal wear and tear. No cracked housings, broken shafts, or major damage. Drain all fluids and remove excess grease or dirt.
• Packaging: Return cores in the original box with packing materials. Include your packing list or invoice, wrap in plastic, and mark the box “CORE RETURN.”
• RMA Required: Contact ertrailer@ertrailer.com call 419-968-2115 to get an RMA number. Returns without an RMA will not be credited.
• Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping. Use a trackable carrier and email tracking info with your RMA to expedite your credit.
• Refund: Core deposits are processed within 45 days and refunded to your original payment method.

Timeframe:

All cores must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
